Pricing and Billing for Pop Convert
Starting June 1, 2026, Pop Convert has moved to a simple, flat-rate pricing model based on your Shopify plan — no more usage-based charges or unpredictable monthly bills.
New Flat-Rate Pricing
Your Pop Convert price is determined by the Shopify plan your store is on:
Your Shopify Plan | Pop Convert Price |
|---|---|
Basic | $15/month |
Grow | $29/month |
Advanced | $79/month |
Plus | $129/month |
Each plan includes up to 5 linked stores. |
How Billing Works
- You are billed a single flat monthly fee based on your Shopify plan — no sliders, no visitor counts, no surprises.
- Your current plan and charges are always visible inside the Pop Convert app.
- All new installs begin with a 90-day free trial period.
What happens when the 90 days end:
When your free period expires, you'll be prompted inside the app to choose a plan. You will not be charged automatically. Billing only begins if you actively select a plan and confirm it through Shopify's billing approval screen. If you don't approve a plan, your account simply won't be charged.
If you choose the Growth plan, you'll also receive an additional 30-day free trial before any billing starts — giving you a full month to explore the plan at no cost before your first charge.
Managing Multiple Stores
If you have more than one Shopify store, here's what you need to know:
Billing is based on your highest-tier store. When you link multiple stores, Pop Convert charges you the rate of the highest Shopify plan among all your linked stores.
Example: If you link one Shopify Basic store ($15/month) and one Shopify Advanced store ($79/month), you will be billed at the Advanced rate of $79/month — covering both stores under a single subscription.
How to link your stores:
- Go to the Plans & Pricing page inside Pop Convert.
- Find the Linked Stores section.
- Manually add each store you want to connect.
⚠️ Important: Stores must be added manually. Pop Convert cannot automatically detect or link your other stores — if a store isn't added in the Linked Stores section, it won't be part of your plan.
Each subscription covers up to 5 stores in total.
Shopify's App Approval Page
When you install Pop Convert from the Shopify App Store, Shopify will ask you to approve billing for the app. This is a standard step required for all paid Shopify apps and simply authorizes Pop Convert to bill you through Shopify at the flat monthly rate for your plan.
