How can I send emails to subscribers collected through Pop Convert?

Note: Shopify Email is used for the purposes of this tutorial. If you're using another app such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Amplified, you can follow roughly the same steps!

To send an email to your subscribers collected by Pop Convert, follow these steps:

Log in to your Shopify account and navigate to the Marketing section and click on “Automation”.
Click “Create custom automation”

Setup your workflow using these rules:

Start When: Customer created
|| Check if: Tag is equal to Pop Convert
|| Do this: Send marketing email

NOTE:
||| * All subscribers collected by Pop Convert have the "Pop Convert" tag automatically added to them in the Shopify Customers list.
||| * To send marketing emails, your store must have the Shopify Email app installed.

Create your email content and customize the design.
Once you’re satisfied with the workflow, click on “Turn on Workflow”.
